Dakota and Lu

The second couple I hung out with today were Dakota and Lu, who live in Winthrop and are completely adorable!  Dakota booked me a few months back and after exchanging so many e-mails, I was excited to get to meet her and Lu for the first time at their engagement session.  I was greeted warmly by them, their puggle, their cat and their ferret :)  They were both so funny and sweet, and I immediately felt comfortable with them... even when they showed me their collection of scary ghoul babies that they put out for Halloween haha.  Dakota and Lu laughed through this entire session, and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding knowing how much fun they are and how much they truly love each other.  Dakota also wanted some pictures at their house, where they moved to this past February.  She told me she loved the front steps, so we started there.  Here are a few of my favorites from their session!

I was just testing light and Lu kissed Dakota's nose to keep it warm... so glad I caught it cause it was too cute!
