Ahhhh! A blog post! Can you believe it?? :) I have been so behind on blogging and I apologize to everyone for my lack of keeping in touch! It's been a crazy summer and fall, and I am so grateful for all the jobs I've had. I met up with a photographer friend of mine last night, and we were talking about how crazy this business is- not just the schedule but also the fact that it's 100% commission, and what you're selling is yourself. I feel so grateful that I've met with great couples who have decided to hire me based on my work and personality- it's been SOOOOOO nice working for myself all summer! :)

Right now, I bring you some images from Caitlin and Adam's wedding day in Stowe, VT. Caitlin found me from another one of my MA brides, but I was so excited when she told me where her wedding was going to take place. I absolutely adore SML, and it was great to work with a coordinator who I had worked with in the past. They are such a great venue- they take care of their brides, they take care of their vendors, and the venue and golf course are absolutely stunning, with amazing mountain views. Caitlin and Adam and their families were so welcoming and sweet to us, and I was very lucky to have my friend Tani Dugger of Insight Photography along for the 4 hour ride up and back from Stowe! Normally I don't do such a trek in one day, but since I was a guest at a wedding the following day, we had to. Luckily we had a pretty big sugar high on the way home to get us through the drive ;-) Anyways, thank you Caitlin and Adam, so much, for allowing us to be part of your special day! You guys are amazing and I wish you nothing but years of health and happiness.
